I guess the term deflated is an understatement the way I feel right now, we have just been notified by our agent that the house contract has crashed. Unfortunately the young Chinese girl who was so keen on buying the place has finally been knocked back for finance. She has offered her building and pest inspection report to any prospective purchaser as a manner of apologising for mucking us around and taking so long, what a nice gesture, it’s a shame she missed out she would have made a lovely neighbour for our current good neighbours.
So, back to the drawing board. – Bugger!!!
