It’s happened, we have been officially notified by the solicitors that our house buyer’s finance has been approved and our contract is now unconditional. Settlement has been requested to be brought forward either to the 19th August or at the latest 22nd August and the Sold sign has already gone up.
Ninety percent of our packing has been completed already and I guess we could be ready to move in a couple of days if we decided to, that is a day to pack and a day to clean.
Thank goodness, it seems to have been going on for ever.
